• Retention: Uploaded photos are automatically deleted within 24 hours after upload.
• Privacy: Your photos are never shared publicly or with third parties (except our AI processing provider).
• Access: Only you can access your uploaded photos through your account.
• Safety review: Uploaded photos may be automatically screened for nudity, sexual content, violence, illegal content, and other unsafe material before generation.

2.3 Generated Videos

Videos generated by our AI service:

• Storage: Generated videos are stored on our secure CDN for you to download.
• Retention: Videos are automatically deleted after 30 days.
• Privacy: Your generated videos are private by default and only accessible to you.
• Download: We recommend downloading your videos promptly as they will be deleted after the retention period.

2.4 Third-Party AI Processing

We use third-party AI services (kie.ai) to generate dancing videos. When you submit a photo:

• Your photo is sent to the AI provider for processing.
• The AI provider processes your photo and returns the generated video.
• According to the AI provider's policy, submitted images are typically deleted within 24-72 hours after processing.
• The AI provider does not use your photos for training purposes without explicit consent.

2.5 Safety Moderation Data

To protect users and prevent abuse, uploaded photos and reference videos may be reviewed by automated safety systems before generation. We may store moderation decisions, timestamps, and limited provider results for compliance, fraud prevention, and abuse investigation.

2.6 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by our payment provider (Creem). We do not store your full credit card details. We only receive:

• Transaction confirmation
• Subscription status
• Last 4 digits of card (for display purposes)

2.7 Usage Data

We automatically collect:

• Browser type and version
• Device information
• IP address (anonymized)
• Pages visited and features used
• Generation history (templates used, timestamps)
