FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about pricing and credits

1

What are credits?

Credits are the units used to generate AI Baby Dance videos. Each generation consumes credits based on the video duration and resolution you choose.

2

How many credits does a video cost?

Credits are charged per second: 720p costs 6 credits/second, 1080p costs 9 credits/second. For example, a 10s video at 720p = 60 credits, at 1080p = 90 credits.

3

Is pricing dynamic by template length?

Yes. Templates can be 8s, 10s, 15s, etc. Your credit cost is calculated from the exact duration of the selected template and the chosen resolution.

4

When are credits deducted?

Credits are deducted when generation starts. If a generation fails due to a system/provider issue, the credits are automatically refunded.

5

What happens if my generation fails?

If the generation fails (e.g., provider error, processing failure), we automatically refund the credits for that job. You'll see the refund reflected in your balance.

6

Do unused subscription credits roll over?

No, subscription credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle. This keeps pricing fair and prevents abuse.

7

How does the annual plan work?

Annual plans are billed once per year and include a discount compared to monthly pricing. Credits are granted monthly to keep usage consistent.

8

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

9

Do you offer refunds?

For digital credits and subscriptions, refunds are usually not available once credits have been used. However, failed generations are automatically refunded.

10

What's the difference between 720p and 1080p?

720p (Standard) is faster and cheaper, great for most social posts. 1080p (HD) is sharper, better for higher-quality exports but costs more credits.

11

Does Free plan include exports?

Yes—Free users can export at 720p with a watermark. Paid plans can export without watermarks and support HD options.

12

Can I use the videos commercially?

Creator and Pro plans include a commercial license. Please still respect third-party rights and avoid uploading copyrighted materials.

13

Do you store my photos and videos?

We only store your uploads and outputs to provide the service and access your history. Files may be automatically deleted after a period depending on your plan.

14

Why do you require certain photo guidelines?

For best results, we recommend a standing, front-facing, full-body photo with good lighting and only one person. Poor inputs can lead to distortion or flicker.

15

Can I buy credits without subscribing?

Yes. We offer one-time credit packs if you'd rather pay as you go. Credits never expire.

16

Why does the credit cost change across templates?

Different dance templates have different lengths. The most important factor is duration—longer templates cost more credits.
